Feedback:

Extremely disappointed they would not honor the offer/ad they were running. First it was "that offer was an error and corrected immediately". Since I had screen shots (and know I first saw it like 2 wks ago), it then went to it was my fault as my "cache has not been cleared that's why I'm still seeing the mistaken offer" that was supposedly corrected immediately. When I went step by step through where the ad was CURRENTLY running, there wasn't the same argument/blame on me, but still no offer to honor what they were advertising. Not my idea of customer service. All you had to do was honor the ad you were currently running and you would have a new customer who places frequent orders on promo materials. Instead, you've proven you are not a company I want to work with.
