Horrible Customer Service. I believe the person I spoke to was Sabrina.

I went in there today, accidentally put the wrong purchase date on the title. The lady there refuse to work with me or help me in anyway. She got mad and loud with me and threatened me numerous times To void my title and would not explain to me why I can’t just fix the error of the date. Drove 45 minutes away to Pope Mills license plate agency, and the representative they are filled out an affidavit saying that I put the wrong date and I was good to go. So basically the lady here was lazy and didn’t want to do the extra paperwork to help the customer out over a simple mistake very disappointed

I been to all the license place in my area if the line looks long it long is usually the case but in raeford line looks long no problem it just run smoove longest ot ever took me was 45 min but most time I'm in and out

OUT OF ALL THE DMV OFFICES I HAVE BEEN TO IN EITHER RAEFORD OR FAYETTEVILLE AND EVEN HOPE MILLS AND ABERDEEN........THE RAEFORD OFFICE IS THE ONE WITH THE MOST RUDEST STAFF EVER.YOU SAY GOOD MORNING OR GOOD AFTERNOON HOW YOU DOING AND THEY DON'T RESPOND LET ALONE A DAM SMILE........WE ALL HAVE STRESSFUL JOBS BUT THE WOMEN HERE IN THE RAEFORD OFFICE ARE JUST PLAIN NASTY........THEY DON'T TELL YOU ALL AT ONCE WHAT YOU NEED AND ALL THEY DO WITH AN ATTITUDE IS EVERY TIME YOU COME BACK WITH WHAT THEY TOLD YOU TO GET THEY THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED SOMETHING ELSE LIKE REALLY??????

Es un lugar de mal servicio ala comunidad latina. en los Ăºltimos dĂ­as cuando uno desea sacar solo el sticker de la placa te quieren pedir la licencia del cual no es necesario de acuerdo con la oficina principal de Raleigh...

They never answer my calls and the times I've gone they are full with no available seating. I have two daughter's and one was crying soo out of courtesy I stepped out, as soon as I went back in the lady with an attitude told me that I would have to leave if she kept crying when she didn't even say that before until I myself decided to be respetful (no one was testing) I hate that they are always with attitudes and super slow. They need more space and offices to not have this problem. I pretty much got kicked out since I ended up leaving because my daughter and I weren't welcome.UPDATE: Had to go back to this location for the ID (without my daughters) and Ms. Brown attended me & was the sweetest and helpful person to ever attend me there. (God bless her! She needs a promotion lol)

If they had 0 stars or negative stars I would do that. This is the worst tag office ever. You can tell these people answer to no one because they are always playing on their phone and hanging out. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The Goverment needs to shut this one down or fire the whole staff and re hire all new people.

Charged me twice for temporary plates. Upon finding out they was in the wrong had a snobby attitude about the situation. An apology would have been nice. That’s literally all it takes when you have made someone else life hard.
