Client Review on North Carolina Department of Transportation

They never answer my calls and the times I've gone they are full with no available seating. I have two daughter's and one was crying soo out of courtesy I stepped out, as soon as I went back in the lady with an attitude told me that I would have to leave if she kept crying when she didn't even say that before until I myself decided to be respetful (no one was testing) I hate that they are always with attitudes and super slow. They need more space and offices to not have this problem. I pretty much got kicked out since I ended up leaving because my daughter and I weren't welcome.UPDATE: Had to go back to this location for the ID (without my daughters) and Ms. Brown attended me & was the sweetest and helpful person to ever attend me there. (God bless her! She needs a promotion lol)
