Didn't sign with company, but the salesperson who just cold called us from Native Rank looking for our business was extremely pushy and condescending, and used sales tactics such as: sarcasm, rudeness, poor assumptions including how profitable our business is, and negativity. If we used those sales tactics as a business with our potential clientel, we would no longer be in business. With a sales team like that, how does the rest of the company and customer service fair? Not something we will ever be rolling the dice on.

(AVOID THIS COMPANY) .There is no way all the positive reviews can be true. I️m trapped with a 12 month contract. At $1500 a month. They promise you and brain wash you with all this promises that they won’t deliver. I️ paid I’ve over $6500 and never saws a single lead or my business at the “front page of google” not even close. I️ told them if they could work with me on the price because I️ could not afford I️t any longer. They never helped they turned off my service but keep billing me every month. It’s worth seen a lawyer to try to get me out of this. DONT Sign Any contract and (AVOID THIS COMPANY)

I was looking for SEO And web design and their pitch is pretty good, but that's it. The web page ball was dropped from the start. The woman working on it quit or left in the middle of it's design. No one picked up her work and the generic 1/2 done page was to be my final product, 6 month in. No talk of credit for this waisted time. I get them back on it for design, but it still ended up pretty generic. Wrong color etc. I find out that my business is being marketed in my home suburb rather than the Denver metro area and it can't be changed?! I'm sure I don't understand the process. I stop paying my bill. A meeting occurs, I am show lots of # s proving how great a job they have done. Some wierd # s too A/C searches through the roof (over the winter) generating no call increases? Im in the HVAC business. This is brushed off as "they don't have any understanding of people's motivation" ok then. Total unwillingness to work with me at all. Intested only in the monthly bill. Would not correct their mistakes. I paid about 8k for a web page I don't like/won't use....

My experience with Native Rank was one of the worst experiences I have had with a Colorado company. They repeatedly over promised and under delivered, and I constantly had to manage the web designers for simple things like loading pictures with the correct orientation.

This is a very dishonest company with no integrity. I signed a contract with them to have them create my website, do SEO and create a mobile app for me. The Website and SEO started out great. The web design team was attentive and listened to what I wanted and the SEO was performing okay. The app on the other hand took forever to create and never performed any of the functions that were promised. ( I never had a functioning app) After paying a set up fee and months of maintenance fees they admitted to me that it was never done correctly and that I was not given what was promised. Then they offered me 70% of my money back... Not a full refund! I was really disappointed since I was out a few thousand on that app by this point. My choices were to take their offer or nothing since I'm just a small business I didn't think I could afford to fight them on this so I took the 70% refund and a loss of almost $1000 dollars. Now after leaving Native Rank I am getting threating messages from Getty Images telling me I don't have the rights to one of the images Native Rank put on my site during the build out. Native Rank was unresponsive when I brought this to their attention and after finally talking to someone they told me since I left them it was my problem to deal with. They also tried to tell me someone else must have added the photo after I left them which is impossible since no one else has made any edits to the site other than me. I figured out how to take the images down myself and settled with Getty Images for $400. The lady in collections told me this happens all the time it doesn't matter who puts the picture on your site the liability goes to the owner of the site so be sure to get documentation of the purchase for every picture on your site don't just assume they purchased it. Unfortunatley this was a costly lesson for me. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
