I started July 25th trying to get a bid on signs. He never followed through and he told me he had been communicating with the other person I was getting a bid from, only when I asked him. I don’t want to make any accusations here, but that is as unethical business practice as you get, for both men. I am opening in a week still NO BID NO SIGN and now I can’t trust anyone to be fair in price or their integrity! Be aware! Several of their reviews are family members

I had a sign lettered as a group with other businesses at that location. It was not expensive to get the sign lettered, but I was not given the opportunity to review the final before it went up, even though I asked to see it. I didn't expect them to check back with me, but they got paid before the sign went up, it was like pulling teeth to talk to someone after that.

They provide horrible service. They do not meet deadlines and their owner is rude and unprofessional. Avoid these people at all costs. I would use Harrison sign company or Missouri sign and neon if you want to work with professionals.

every staff member I spoke with was cordial, the customer service was lacking in regards to communication and that is the main reason for 4 stars. There was very poor communication overall but after talking to owner I am hopeful that will be addressed. I understand delays can happen and things can get busy, I just needed to be kept in the loop. I spoke with the owner to let him know my frustrations and he seemed very sincere, he did state "we dropped the ball on this one" (which I appreciated) I gave him the opportunity to make things right and he attempted to. All in all the project native signs did for me looks great! I will consider getting bids from native signs on my next project. Native signs was a referral to me.
