Client Review on Native Signs

Feedback:

every staff member I spoke with was cordial, the customer service was lacking in regards to communication and that is the main reason for 4 stars. There was very poor communication overall but after talking to owner I am hopeful that will be addressed. I understand delays can happen and things can get busy, I just needed to be kept in the loop. I spoke with the owner to let him know my frustrations and he seemed very sincere, he did state "we dropped the ball on this one" (which I appreciated) I gave him the opportunity to make things right and he attempted to. All in all the project native signs did for me looks great! I will consider getting bids from native signs on my next project. Native signs was a referral to me.
