I called Kevin in a panic. My Website was completely down, partially deleted and nonfunctional. Kevin, in a calm manner took over from there. He kept me informed every step of of the way from what he found, recovery and bringing the website back to life. Kevin listened to me, heard what was important and implemented the correct plans.
