You know, I understand that life at a job like this might suck...but you are working in the world of customer service. You are providing a service that is necessary to people. Having a bad attitude with someone when you answer the phone is completely unsatisfactory. Giving the bare minimum explanation to someone when they have asked you a question and then being upset with them when they don't understand what you need or where they get a certain form from is completely unsatisfactory. I wish there was a option of ZERO but sadly Google doesn't have that. This place and their customer service is terrible and in need of serious training. 0 out of 5.
