Client Review on DMV

Feedback:

Does not even deserve one star. I called to ask a simple question regarding a fee for a lapse of insurance. They told me that I HAD to come IN PERSON to the office to take care of it and get them a form as well and there was absolutely no way around it. As a single mom who works full time in Wilmington 8-5, and with the DMV hours anywhere, it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get there. So...after getting off the phone angry, I went to the NC DMV website and found out that I can do IT ALL ONLINE. LITERALLY. The people that work in this office have absolutely NO clue as to what they are doing. We (my boyfriend and I) have had numerous occasions that they flat out are not helpful and give you the wrong information which causes more issues and frustrations. These people are supposed to know what they are doing given the field that they are in...but they absolutely do not. Actually, I would consider them THE MOST rude people you will ever meet! Would highly recommend going to a different facility with concerns regarding your transportation needs and issues. If not, chances are you would have to go back numerous times for the same issue because they simply have NO clue. Just FYI, take it for what its worth...but I will tell you, they are NOT worth your time and aggravation!!
