Extremely professional and prompt with turnaround. I received texts and emails to alert me at every step. They were able to back up every thing from my dead Mac, and I couldn't be more thankful to them. The cost of this was very reasonable. Everything I needed from the old dead computer was put on a nice flash drive and ready for use and it loaded onto my new Mac fast and easy. They discussed exactly what was wrong with the dead computer and the price was very good for the issue and the work involved to fix it. They would not do any work unless I approved. I decided to just get a new computer as I felt it was time for an upgrade. I would not hesitate to use NEPA Geeks again and have already told friends about how wonderful their service is. Thank you!
