Thank you again, Nadia for all your help over the last couple of months. It has been a very positive experience, with a great result. You demonstrated a wonderful blend of professionalism, authenticity and helpfulness. Knowing a client's needs is always important to any businesses' success and you listened to the vision I wanted to achieve, my priorities and some concerns. While I know you have many clients, by the end I felt like I was working with a friend who got what my business was about.Also, you were very patient in bridging the areas that were outside of my sphere of expertise and, by doing so, I gained an understanding of how things work best in the new one-page format and confidence this next 18 months is an organic process that could potentially become a part of a greater strategy down the track. As a small business on a tight budget, it can be daunting to hand our website over to someone. There is with no small amount of trepidation - especially when an enormous amount of work - blood sweat and tears - into learning how to create it, keep it current and then try to have it's SEO's and Meta tags match what makes Google happy.I'd like to like to say a special thank you to Ray, who joined our pre-launch call last night and showed such willingness - and speed! - in doing a bit of tweaking visually. You have a great team. It was very exciting to see the new version go live and I love how it flows on a mobile device!Next stop is back to Bhawani, the strategic brain and my 'partner' on this Netstripes journey ahead.
