Thank you again, Nadia for all your help over the last couple of months. It has been a very positive experience, with a great result. You demonstrated a wonderful blend of professionalism, authenticity and helpfulness. Knowing a client's needs is always important to any businesses' success and you listened to the vision I wanted to achieve, my priorities and some concerns. While I know you have many clients, by the end I felt like I was working with a friend who got what my business was about.Also, you were very patient in bridging the areas that were outside of my sphere of expertise and, by doing so, I gained an understanding of how things work best in the new one-page format and confidence this next 18 months is an organic process that could potentially become a part of a greater strategy down the track. As a small business on a tight budget, it can be daunting to hand our website over to someone. There is with no small amount of trepidation - especially when an enormous amount of work - blood sweat and tears - into learning how to create it, keep it current and then try to have it's SEO's and Meta tags match what makes Google happy.I'd like to like to say a special thank you to Ray, who joined our pre-launch call last night and showed such willingness - and speed! - in doing a bit of tweaking visually. You have a great team. It was very exciting to see the new version go live and I love how it flows on a mobile device!Next stop is back to Bhawani, the strategic brain and my 'partner' on this Netstripes journey ahead. I was contacted via Nadia via email being part of a new website that I was building.Nadia helped me all the way through the process until the website was up and running.Nadia was always on time with our meetings and very helpful when we had questions.If the questions we had were out of Nadia’s skill set she was very efficient at coordinating with other Netstripes staff to have our queries answered and/or implemented.Overall the experience has been a pleasant one and I would highly recommend Nadia in her role and with her efficiency and communication skills.

I've been dealing with Netstripes for quite a few years now and have always found them great to deal with, but my strategy session with Dinesh this morning just reminded me that they are indeed a step ahead of other service companies that I interact with (and I interact with a LOT).I have never come away from a conversation with Dinesh without learning valuable ideas and, just as importantly, being refocussed on things that I should have known, but have overlooked in the hurly burly of daily activities.I heartily recommend Netstripes to any business out there that needs their digital strategy to be taken to the next level.

I attended the digital boot camp last weekend and it far exceeded my expectations.
