Overall Feedback:
I contacted Todd of NicheLabs because I needed an ecommerce site for my music. I even met his team in person. They were very nice. We went over everything that was needed with functionality, design, everything for the site. We thought based on the positive reviews everything would go smooth. Todd and NicheLabs went several weeks over original timeline and still was no where near what we needed(which he admitted) So we wanted a refund, which they would not provide. We were very patient and tried to understand. So Todd offered a discount to finish the website, which now went several months over another timeline but wasn't complete. Now I'm almost a year for something that was intended for around 6 weeks. Then all of a sudden it went to another person of NicheLabs managing the project. Communication was not swift. There were still things in the contract we needed resolved but never was finished. So we were left with an ususable site. We paid several thousand dollars, with NicheLabs refusing to fix the issues or give any refund. With doing business, I believe in ethics. I couldn't have the heart to do this to someone. What bothered me is the smiling in my face after we said we had issues with other developers not doing the work and he promised not to do that. But he did. Never received the website. Never received any money for work not complete. I remained cordial the entire time and never heard back from them.
