Impersonal. Unwilling to offer simple black & white advice over the phone. "Yes" would have probably meant a decent job and, "no" would have saved me a buck.It had to be turned into a job, with the hourly rate and call out fee, for very simple advice. The guy was rude, and he "tried" to treat me like a fool.I'm pretty easy going, all it takes is for me to see some effort has been put into a job or service, things aren't perfect all of the time, I get that, but if you never got off your butt to begin with to even bother, or you try to be tricky, this review and similar is how you will be scored.
