We went in to get our iPad fixed. Screen cracked but still working. They required a $50 diagnostic fee before they accepted it. ?screen is cracked, there's your problem. Okay, my wife paid the fee. No issues arose on the "diagnostic screen."Get a call later, apparently the ipad couldn't be fixed. Went in to pick it up and the thing was in like 5 pieces, screen completely shattered, completely non-functional. We lost pictures and videos of our kid that were on it. They did not let us know that this was a possibility! To top it off I got a parking ticket out front while I was there trying to get our busted ipad back from them for the 5 minutes I was in there arguing with them! They were less than apologetic or sympathetic the entire process. They wouldn't even give me back the ipad because I wasn't listed on the intake form, but my wife was too angry/upset to even come in. We wanted to support a local downtown business, that we have actually used in the past with success, but this experience was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't trust them, or at least be aware that a cracked screen repair can result in a complete destruction/unusable device that they charge you $50 for.
