It's internet. Some of the people really seem to cares others not so much at times. But yes they net sucks 5mb down for 50 buck when other places (Des Monies Lakes City) you could get way better for that price. But it's interent and it beats nothing

Over priced and there are days i would have so slow internet that I would think it was dialup from the 90's. I have had to service from them now for 20 years and wish there where away to get my internet somewhere else.

My internet stops working at least once a month, usually two or three times a month. Conveniently, it always stops working while their tech line is closed. I shopped around a little before I chose them and they are very slightly overpriced. Their customer service is either fair-good or awful. I'm tired of paying so much money only to be forced to use my phone for everything.

I have been a Black hills customer for many years,paying my bill Faithfully on time every year.I called to have service disconnected,because we are moving out of state,I must say I'm very happy to not be using your service anymore.The women who work there are rude and act like there doing me a favor,when in reality if it wasn't for us as customers they would not have a job.I got no Thank you for your many years of service,and to top it off a very rude dispatcher Lisa.I have had the same phone number and email for over 10 years,so no you did not try to call me or email me,if this failed it was at your fault.Not mine.Hopefully you all can learn some Good customer service skills,because you need them. Can't rank it low enough. When compared to the other companies in this area, it's pretty average. However, the problem with this and every other company in this area is that it's monopolized. They can charge you however much they want and you just have to either deal with it or don't have the service. Their rates for internet are insanely high - I pay twice the national average for half the service. The worst part is that the phone that I don't even want must be included because for whatever reason, the cost of internet alone is around $20 more than having internet and phone. I can't wait to move.
