I have been a Black hills customer for many years,paying my bill Faithfully on time every year.I called to have service disconnected,because we are moving out of state,I must say I'm very happy to not be using your service anymore.The women who work there are rude and act like there doing me a favor,when in reality if it wasn't for us as customers they would not have a job.I got no Thank you for your many years of service,and to top it off a very rude dispatcher Lisa.I have had the same phone number and email for over 10 years,so no you did not try to call me or email me,if this failed it was at your fault.Not mine.Hopefully you all can learn some Good customer service skills,because you need them.
