The staff is very friendly. My doctor always listens to my problems and figures out what is wrong. On my mercy app I can send questions and get an answer or a phone call back that same day. I love going to Mercy.

I have been seeing Dr. Hugh Donnell for about a decade now and I absolutely love the man. He listens and does everything he can to make it better. He reminds me of the old-school doctors who became like members of the family. The staff there is absolutely charming. So sweet and helpful and I've even enjoyed a laugh or two with them. I always feel so comfortable and they get me in right away... usually. But I understand when he is called in to deliver a baby. No, not every experience has been perfect, but this is by far the best doctor I have ever had.

I won’t be returning to this facility again. After calling a nurse in the morning and talking to her about some abdominal pain I’ve been having she said it would be best if I came in and was seen. When I came in that same day the nurse practitioner I saw was totally dismissive. I have been to this place two times before and have only seen nurse practitioners. This place is always running behind and the doctors are unreachable (it feels like).

If there was a spot to leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment 2 months in advance to see Dr. Steed, after waiting for an hour in the waiting room, they switched my appointment to see someone else entirely. Once this problem was resolved, I was finally able to meet with Dr. Steed. He was completely arrogant, extremely rude, and did not seem to care about any concerns I presented. I decided then that I would never return to see this doctor. Although he was assigned as my PCP, when I was leaving he informed me to followup with anyone else, but him, in the clinic. This will be my absolute final time at Mercy Physicians Plaza.

The staff treats you like a criminal if you ask for anything for pain. I went in after a major car accident needing something to help with my hip and back. Dr. Lueders is ridiculous. He spends more time trying to get OUT of writing a prescription than he does helping.

Labor and delivery had very rude nurses! Especially one named Jennifer. I didnt get her last name. She ruined my birth experience. People like that should not work in Labor and delivery!
