If there was a spot to leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment 2 months in advance to see Dr. Steed, after waiting for an hour in the waiting room, they switched my appointment to see someone else entirely. Once this problem was resolved, I was finally able to meet with Dr. Steed. He was completely arrogant, extremely rude, and did not seem to care about any concerns I presented. I decided then that I would never return to see this doctor. Although he was assigned as my PCP, when I was leaving he informed me to followup with anyone else, but him, in the clinic. This will be my absolute final time at Mercy Physicians Plaza.
