I am currently putting my personal finishing tweaks on my Inn's new website and I could not be happier with the outcome the Odysys designers created. More than that, the response time via email with the Odysys team has been stellar. In particular, the customer success "point man" Jeff, whose customer service, attention to detail, response time and personal touches made this process, which can often seem overwhelming, a PLEASURE. For site changes I wanted to tackle personally, the back office system is easy-peasy. The CEO Kent has also been very accessible and responsive, and it was his informative webinar that turned me onto Odysys.
