We changed over to Odysys in the Spring of this year. The entire staff made the process seamless- what could have been a terrifying transition ended up being surprisingly simple with no errors! Since the transition, Odydys has helped us every step of the way developing online Gift Cards, adding to our website, and our overall online presence. They are always available and have never once made me feel insecure about all of the things I need help with! With the website, reservation system and money processor all working together, it has freed up my time to attend to other duties of the Inn.
