I've been working with ONCALL Solutions for about 5 years. The best thing I can say about these guys is I hardly ever have to speak to them! If there is an issue it is rare and brief. I've practically never had a problem but when I have it's been handled so quickly I barely remember. Nice work guys - looking forward to the next 5 uneventful years.

Very slow responses when trying to transfer a domain and end hosting, and I eventually had to ask a friend in the coding community to contact the owner directly to get things moving. On top of that, after no acknowledgement of my request to end our relationship for several months I received an invoice for a full year of service. They assured me it was a mistake and that it has been waived.Overall I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. I can't recommend them.

I took advantage of their $99 special, and I was beyond happy! I thought I will need to buy a new laptop, as it has been performing slower than normal, and I wasn't able to process my photos anymore. On-Call worked with my schedule, had super friendly service and saved my day! They also helped me figure out which software to install in order to prevent my issues in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their computer! You may not have to buy a new machine and save a lot of money! THANK YOU!!!
