Very slow responses when trying to transfer a domain and end hosting, and I eventually had to ask a friend in the coding community to contact the owner directly to get things moving. On top of that, after no acknowledgement of my request to end our relationship for several months I received an invoice for a full year of service. They assured me it was a mistake and that it has been waived.Overall I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. I can't recommend them.
