Decent computer consulting firm, kinda dull, but gets the job done

My company contract with One2One for IT support. A few weeks ago, we had a virus shut down all our servers. That's the way the system is designed so that a virus on on server doesn't infect the others, but it left us with no phone (VOIP), internet, or email capabilities. One2One worked pretty tirelessly that day. We had phones and internet back before 10 am, and our email was back up before the close of business. They really hustled to get our ability to respond to clients back on-track.

I've worked with one2one for the past ~5 years for my company's IT support needs. It's been an unbeatable experience! Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. As an all-inclusive customer, we enjoy fast response time and a dedicated team whenever we need help. Their project and sales teams have helped guide us through our more in-depth endeavors. We're a small (20 employees, 3 full-time offices) healthcare practice based in Lancaster, PA. We used to handle all of our IT in-house, but switching to one2one was definitely the right decision and eliminated a lot of headaches. I'd recommend one2one to anyone!

I have been working with One2One for 7 years now (at 2 different companies) and CANNOT live without them. Anyone from my company can contact their support team & within seconds they dial into that computer to see what is going on to fix the issue. Everyone there is so nice to work with and you can tell they truly care about their clients and making sure issues are resolved quickly. One2One goes above and beyond to service my company and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for 5 star technology support at an affordable price!
