Feedback:

My company contract with One2One for IT support. A few weeks ago, we had a virus shut down all our servers. That's the way the system is designed so that a virus on on server doesn't infect the others, but it left us with no phone (VOIP), internet, or email capabilities. One2One worked pretty tirelessly that day. We had phones and internet back before 10 am, and our email was back up before the close of business. They really hustled to get our ability to respond to clients back on-track.
