Just completed a new fiber installation. The Bad:It took 3 weeks from start to finish. I gave the underground boring team two preferred entry locations but they put it where I didn’t want it when I wasn’t home. The Good:Everyone was pleasant to work with. I worked with Adam the install tech to make a bad situation better and then he efficiently completed his job. Setup was amazingly simple. Plug it in and it worked on all my devices. Thank you Adam.

Amazing fast speeds, super fast installation, polite service people and caring customer service reps. Super reliable and haven’t had problems with outages like previous broadband company. And to top it off, I’m paying less than half of what I was paying before. My speed went from 2.1 mps to 101.7 mps. So happy I switched!!

Online NW has to be, in my opinion, one of the very best, fastest, most reliable and least expensive fiber optic internet broadband connection anyplace here in the yamhill valley. We have been with them since August of 2016 and have only experienced a very short outage when they were upgrading the system. The customer service is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The installers we had were on time and respectful to our house and property. Can't ask for anything better and we are more than happy compared to the other companies in the area.

We are fortunate to live in an area where Online NW installs fiber! We had major issues with CenturyLink, from having installation issues to promising fiberoptic speeds and then having significantly disappointing results. With Online NW, we've only had a good experience. The speeds are exactly what's advertised, the customer service is excellent, and even the intallation crew is the nicest group of guys. We only had one issue; on initial installment, the fiber line had to come up out if the ground to go under the house. I was worried at first because we had got a new puppy and thought he may chew on it and potentially hurt himself. After putting our BBQ in front of it, we assumed it would be fine. About 8 months later or so, our big dumb pup got his was back there and chewed right through it!! We called Online NW and they came out as soon as possible. They dug a trench around the house, reinstalled the line out of reach of the dogs yard, and were still incredibly nice about the whole thing! Thank you guys, we appreciate the service!

Best ISP I’ve ever had. They have doubled the speeds twice now for no extra charge. The fiber is awesome, and I’ve never had an issue with my service.The price hasn’t changed or fluctuated and the auto pay is nice. I highly recommend them.
