Working with Open Door was one of the most positive aspects of wedding planning. Having sometimes unfairly high standards for aesthetics and getting married in Madison, I found myself struggling to find a reasonably priced yet high quality AV team. Our Chicago-based band recommended Open Door AV and I was delighted to find that they serviced the Dane-County area. Dave was easy to reach, incredibly warm and beyond accommodating. He listened carefully to my “vision” and problem solved ways to make it possible. He went out of his way to purchase new equipment to meet my wants along with our band’s needs.
