nVision was recommended by a member of our board, and the experience has been very good from start to finish. Marek and crew worked with us to formulate a site that actually clarifies what we do and who we are. This was no easy task as we are an R&D chemical company working on solutions to very technical problems. But beyond that, the team was patient with us when we delayed progress while trying to make internal decisions as to how to proceed. They worked with us on our timeline, even being flexible, moving up our launch date at our request so we could attend a trade show with our new site in place. There was no pressure from nVision ever. When we had a question, it was answered. When we needed changes, they were made. When we asked for more, it was done. We love our new site! it is not just aesthetically pleasing, it does a great job telling our story. Very excited. From all of us at Orthogonal Inc - thank you!!!

As a Director of the Unionville Skating Club we deal with NVISION for all our website requirements. Not only did NVISION help us assess what type of website solution we needed but they also ensured our site met the needs of the hundreds of members. We have found the customer service to be timely and helpful on any urgent needs and the team always find solutions for any of our creative plans for enhancement. It is not often you find a small business with such a personable approach.

We have worked with Nvision for a recent campaign which included a few deliverables (Landing Page, Digital and Printed Ads). From the initial contact in dealing with Errol, we were able to get a feel for what type of company and practices they follow. He was able to drill down and list the company's capabilites and was transparent throughout the process. This was an important step to ensure we set expectations for all parties. Dealing with Marek, provided a seamless process in working towards those deliverables. He was the technical contact point who was the proxy between teams, and communicated flawlessly to ensure everyone was on the same page. We were extremely pleased with how they were able to communicate and tell our story based on information and materials we provided. Another key point in working with them was the fact that they not only addressed our requests throughout the revision process, but also provided suggestions and addtional creatives. There were also certain aspects of the project that were not part of the scope but were included. This displayed that they value building a relationsip over pegging every move to a fee. Their flexibility with the sole purpose of working towards client satisfaction is what stands out, and confirms that we made the right choice to partner with them for our marketing needs.We are already planning our next phase in working with the Nvision team to building our digital presence.

Smart, skilled, reliable and pleasant to work with – I would highly recommend the nvision team. Savaria entrusted nvision with building a top-shelf microsite to support the launch of a luxury product. Out of the gate, the team were on the mark in terms of understanding our unique business needs. Our project manager was a pro: very organized, managed expectations well, a great communicator and a creative problem-solver. The design team were able to translate our vision into a reality and were very accommodating when we wanted to explore alternate concepts. We are very happy with the result and will definitely look to nvision for future web projects.
