Client Review on OpenVision, LLC

Feedback:

We have worked with Nvision for a recent campaign which included a few deliverables (Landing Page, Digital and Printed Ads). From the initial contact in dealing with Errol, we were able to get a feel for what type of company and practices they follow. He was able to drill down and list the company's capabilites and was transparent throughout the process. This was an important step to ensure we set expectations for all parties. Dealing with Marek, provided a seamless process in working towards those deliverables. He was the technical contact point who was the proxy between teams, and communicated flawlessly to ensure everyone was on the same page. We were extremely pleased with how they were able to communicate and tell our story based on information and materials we provided. Another key point in working with them was the fact that they not only addressed our requests throughout the revision process, but also provided suggestions and addtional creatives. There were also certain aspects of the project that were not part of the scope but were included. This displayed that they value building a relationsip over pegging every move to a fee. Their flexibility with the sole purpose of working towards client satisfaction is what stands out, and confirms that we made the right choice to partner with them for our marketing needs.We are already planning our next phase in working with the Nvision team to building our digital presence.
