Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They want me to pay a month in advance to keep my services on. I've paid $200 in the last 2 weeks. Paid my bill that was due today ($45) and now they left a voicemail saying if I don't pay it by 8 am I'm getting shut off. My receipt and bill I have say I'm paid in full. I'm switching services because the lady at the desk is overcharging people. I've paid for 5 months of service in this one month. I've called the BBB. I'll be getting all my money back.
