Feedback:

since company changed hands website is horrible to navigate. None of the phone numbers go directly to human but all automated. Spent 15 min trying to reach someone on phone had to leave message. i will be looking for new provider. I hate wasting valuable time trying to reach someone on the phone only to get computer.
