Scam artists at their finest ! I was intrigued by their platform with a free $100 incentive. I decided to give it a try. I set my budget to $100. After 3 days, I realized my credit card had been charged and the campaign was running $100/day. I contacted their customer support to advise about the mistake as soon as I saw that. I was offered no help or solution, their response was "sorry your experience wasn't a great one." Of course it wasn't, I got hits but the bounce rate was 96% and no leads generated any serious potential customer. The leads are likely per-programmed bots that click on to your site as Google Analytics showed some odd information about these "users." I honestly think if I uploaded a video of me flushing the $362 I paid down the drain it would have yielded more quality leads. There was no confirmation about estimated total spend, etc. It seems to me they deliberately try to not be transparent to. Service gives the DMV hope for customer service of the year award. These guys are unprofessional and don't care about retaining clients. Their unwillingness to work with me on this mistake tells me their platform is nothing but a scam. I run a business, I know they have to make money too, but no solution was offered. DO NOT USE!
