Client Review on PC Med Center

My laptop would not start, and I brought it to PC Med Center. After taking the hard drive out, Dan installed a new, faster, better one into the computer, and it crashed. He then put in a refurbished drive, and the same thing happened. He spent many hours trying, unsuccessfully, to extract the data from my original drive, and the whole thing turned into a total loss for me. Even after all of the time he put in trying to fix it, he did not not charge me anything. He also set me up with a data recovery firm who might be able to help, along with with a discount code and free priority shipping. I can't recommend PC Med highly enough. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else again for computer repairs. Friendly, caring, and professional staff. We need more like this company in this world! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
