This guy was great. I took my broken ASUS to him and he replaced my broken charging thing. He made sure my computer was up to date and made sure my computer worked in general. When he ran into one problem, he called me IMMEDIATELY to let me know. What I really liked, he kind of dumbed things down for me so I could understand what he did. Only negative thing? Backing out of parking.

I'm a pretty techie guy (military training) but my older Macbook Pro lost connectivity even though my work laptop worked fine. So I called Ray up and he said to bring it on over, which lucky for me was only 5 minutes away. He ran through some diagnostic tests on his network and it worked fine so he told me to go home and we'd finish on the phone. It only took him another few minutes and it was back up, purring like a kitten. And for all that he only charged me $20! It was worth that much not to have to go through Apple store repair hell!Ray was very accommodating and courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him should you need computer help.

I am from out of state, basically know nobody and was having trouble with my $2,000 gaming PC. I came across Ray through google and was confident enough to hand over my expensive equipment to a stranger. Ray did not disappoint and in fact taught me a few things.
