Client Review on PC Repair Service Raleigh (previously Extreme PCs)

Feedback:

I'm a pretty techie guy (military training) but my older Macbook Pro lost connectivity even though my work laptop worked fine. So I called Ray up and he said to bring it on over, which lucky for me was only 5 minutes away. He ran through some diagnostic tests on his network and it worked fine so he told me to go home and we'd finish on the phone. It only took him another few minutes and it was back up, purring like a kitten. And for all that he only charged me $20! It was worth that much not to have to go through Apple store repair hell!Ray was very accommodating and courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him should you need computer help.
