Josh was amazing! He knew exactly how to quickly fix problems that have had me pulling out my hair for the last year. I only regret I didn't know of PC Works! sooner. Josh was able to get my RAID working the way I needed it, he cleaned up my computer so I can use it again and best of all helped solve all my problems with my numerous Lightroom catalogs. Thank you Josh!!!!!! You are a blessing!!!!!!

We took our Apple laptop to them because of security risks. They not only solved that problem, but upgraded the whole system, removed old programs we no longer needed, and then spent time with us so that we understood how to use the new system!Will definitely recommend them to all.Later- REG

Joshua the tech guy who worked on my computer was friendly and thorough and my gaming computer is now running like it should.I highly recommend PC Works and will call on them to repair or get my computers running in the future. My experience at PC Works was Outstanding! I took my IPhone in because I could not get it to download updates. Even went to Verizon and they could not help me. Josh was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at PC Works was friendly and professional and the cost for service was reasonable. I definitely would love return and recommend to everyone!

I bought a new tablet that had limitations and was baffled by it. I was able to have an appointment at the end of the day with Josh for a consultation. He had owned a similar device and knew everything about it. All of my questions were answered. He did everything that was needed within 30 minutes, for a very reasonable price.

I have used PC works for several years and even referred my sister-in-law to them. They are very prompt and informative. When I asked Daniel, if my computer was too old and if I needed to replace it..he was very honest with me about my current computer. I will continue to use them to service my computer.
