Client Review on PC Works! Prescott, AZ Computer Repair, Apple Repair, Web Design

Feedback:

I had two service instances with PC Works, Joshau was the tech, one was at my home, one was at the shop. The shop service necessitated their wiping the system. The major problem with this was I have not been able to get my Outlook functioning since that service. I paid PC Works to install (fix) Outlook during the "at my home service" I've contacted PC Works several times about assistance in getting Outlook functioning, without a response, I feel that PC Works should do whatever is necessary to get Outlook functioning as I paid PC works to to this during their :"at my home service"
