Justin and his team were really great. My hard drive crashed and they didn't give up until they recovered my data. I am so thankful, they were able to recover precious photos of my children that I thought were going to be completely lost. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

After carefully reading reviews of many places, I came across this place, and although out of my way a bit, I had to try it out for my computer. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the choice. The guys at PCShards are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are respectful of your knowledge of computers, and have awesome customer service. Although, mine was an easy fix (less than 30 minutes), they have reasonable rates for repairs. I plan on being a life-long customer. Many thanks to Ed and the guys at PCShards!!! I will be recommending you to my network of family and friends!

Was able to save all of my data and fix issues with the mess that is the Microsoft Creators Update. Also fixed in half a day a broken connector to my SSD without any data loss!

I went to PCShards to have the internal cord/ plug piece replaced in my laptop. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They replaced the part in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I was glad I didn't have to buy a whole new laptop! I will be using PCShards for all my future computer needs. You should too!

Fast Service from Knowledgeable Resources: PCShards worked on a refurbished Dell laptop that needed a warrantied part (motherboard) changed. Another "big box" location, despite being a Dell-approved installer, wouldn't touch the device. PCShards installed the motherboard and it is working great. It was done a day earlier than they projected. I'd highly recommend them.
