After carefully reading reviews of many places, I came across this place, and although out of my way a bit, I had to try it out for my computer. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the choice. The guys at PCShards are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are respectful of your knowledge of computers, and have awesome customer service. Although, mine was an easy fix (less than 30 minutes), they have reasonable rates for repairs. I plan on being a life-long customer. Many thanks to Ed and the guys at PCShards!!!
