Feedback:

This program offers only first class care. Highly recommend by both my husband, the patient, and me.

Feedback:

I have Blue Cross/Shield coverage and am over 65. The home care nurse insisted that her manager told her to submit bills to medicare, even though we do not have Part B for medical. It has caused us to make numerous calls and letters to straighten out the incorrect bills we have been receiving because of them submitting medical bills to medicare rather than Blue Cross

Feedback:

I used Penn Care at Home while recovering from two surgeries. I had home-based skilled nursing, home health aide, PT, and OT. All services were extremely high quality, professional, and empathetic. I credit each of these professionals with the steady improvements I made. I could not have managed recovery at home without their help.Only downsides were delay in getting services started, and occasional cancellations or scheduling changes with little notice. These issues were by far outweighed with the quality of the staff and services. I am very grateful.

Feedback:

I love working with Penn Homecare & Hospice. The care they take to care for the consumer is super! 5 stars I would refer them to a friend. One of the best places to work and place for great customer service.

Feedback:

I loved working with Penn Homecare & Hospice. They have been great to deal with and were so helpful and responsive to our needs. 5 out of 5 I would refer them to a friend.

Feedback:

If I could have given no stars I would have. Please for your sake don't use Penn Homecare - Hospice they are the worst. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are arrogant, especially when you have a parent that is on their death bed and you are waiting for hospice to show up and they never do. A call was made to see where they were and they answered very rude. They were suppose to be there to bring the oxygen to help my Mom have an easier time as she takes her last breath. That never happened. No oxygen was ever brought up. She struggled to breath and I am sure painfully. But that didn't matter to Penn. Then my Mom passes away and we had to wait 3 hours to have a nurse from hospice show up to pronounce her deceased. 3 hours of sitting in her apartment with my Mom dead until someone shows up. The long and short of is that they do not have the team to take care of anyone. And they really don't care. DO NOT USE THEM!! We are sorry we did.

Feedback:

I have used this service twice for two different reasons for wound care. The nurses are top notch. I highly recommend Kim Taylor, Oliver, and Stephanie.
