hi i went to13543 North Autoshow Avenue Surprise, AZ 85388 on Saturday 2/20/2017 to see the used Hyundai Sonata 2012 hybrid we negotiated the price with sales manager but we ended up not buying the car then they texted me next day they negotiated? the price to 7755 $ but i said i'll think of it then on Monday? 2/22/2017 i texted them at 10:30am and they called me i told them to told the car i will come and buy the car and hold it i have phone records i lived 50 miles away from the dealership? i called them 30 mins before i reach there . I told them i'll buy while i went there i was taking the test drive and we came back the key was in my hand they said we have sold this car to someone else in just like 5 mins after i was there they had made me sign all documents they have pulled my credit and taken all documents by the sales manager the first day i went , then the manager cames the key was in my hand i was waiting for the documents to sign they told they just sold the car to another person? just because the other guy was giving them more money while they called me to come there and get the car these people are very greedy? could cancel ur deal because they got more money from someone else while i was there they fooled me by making excuses i have all documents and i have all phone and text messages, I am a MBA student the manager used unethichal business techniques.

**Buyer Beware**We purchased a brand new Land Rover Discovery from Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis in late December 2019 which is owned by Penske. The entire experience has been awful. The car was purchased and all the documents were prepared incorrectly, we had to send multiple emails to obtain our tags and registration, which were still not processed within the standard time allotted by the State, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed and we were told that it was due to Apple Car Play but now with less than 10k miles and less than 6 months of ownership the car has been continuously in the service center for almost 30 days with no clear resolution. The quality of the car has been compromised due to a significant leak caused by the dealerships installation of a roof rack prior to our purchase. The leak has generated issues with the HVAC system, Apple Car Play, Tailgate Lift, a second HVAC issue which has surfaced during time at the dealership and most impactful is the transmission/acceleration of the vehicle which caused the vehicle to lurch violently when pressing the gas - the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership.I have asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and I am consistently pushed back to Steve Miller, Director of Service, who encouraged me to file a complaint with Land Rover Corporate. They will not even provide the service records associated with my vehicle. The dealership has not offered a loaner car for the 25+ days that I have been without a vehicle and now after doing as encouraged they don’t want to provide any information either.

I bought a MINI from their MINI of San Diego dealership several years ago. I had tons of anxiety going into the process but it was short lived after being taken such good care of by everyone at the dealership! I am so glad I chose to go to a Penske Automotive Group dealership. It makes a huge difference! Thank you! I love my MINI!

Dont even deserve a star. They are terrible & insane. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Bought a vehicle and they did not process my title until I had to hire an attorney and complain to Consumer Bureau for fraud.They gave me a run around for 15 days.
