This is the worst management company I've ever heard of PERIOD! Carmen answers the phone as If she's upset at the world she must really hate her life. She's horrible. There's no customer service. They are so unprofessional I can't believe they're still in business. What a dam shame to have this company manage HOAs of decent communities. Just disgusting....never have been so disgusted with a busines like this.
