I'm a new mommy. Had no idea where to go for my little one's care. I couldn't be more pleased with this team of pediatricians. I have met with 4 of the 15 Dr.s on staff. And every single one of them has been so informative and patient. They made this life transition so pleasant for myself and my fiance. Bedside manor is amazing. And i feel so blessed to have such an amazing team caring for my baby ❤ I reccomend them for all your pediatric needs.

This office has really went down hill. I am sitting here waiting on our doctor and it is currently 1 hour 30 min past our appointment time...which is not fun with a 6 month old and a 5 year old. This seems to happen every time I have an afternoon appointment. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you when you check in. After you question them they give you an "emergency" story. I have heard this more than once so I no longer believe them. They obviously over schedule. I am considering changing pediatrician after 5 years.

Would not go here again. We are on vacation and our daughter spiked a fever and was not eating well and messing with her ears. We brought her in to get checked for an ear infection (the front staff was great and got us in quick). We saw Dr. Rodriguez and after explaining everything that was going on she checked our daughter ears and said they were slightly red and one had some fluid. She said she believed she had a virus that was causing the ear redness (but our daughter had not been coughing, sneezing or had a runny nose). At one point our daughter was upset from her messing with her and was crying and the doctor was very loud telling her she was fine and almost seemed annoyed she was crying. We took her diagnosis assuming she knew what she was taking about. Next day our daughter still had a fever, wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t drink and was completely miserable and didn’t want to do anything but lay on us. We took her to an urgent care and the doctor said her ears were super red and she definitely has a double ear infection. I find it hard to believe that her ears got that bad overnight. Now we have to pay for two visits and the urgent care doctor said her ears will probably hurt on the flight back home because she will not have been on meds that long. That another day would have been good to help her out. Very disappointed.

Every Physician wants to get paid. This is a horrible Pediatric Clinic. I'm very disappointed. My first visit and Dr.. Butler couldn't just do the right thing. Unnecessary travels to other clinics. All because everything is about a referral. Seems they don't care just. Don't let the nice looking place fool you.

Great pediatrician office. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that’s any pediatrician’s office when they’re busy. The doctors are fabulous!

We’ve always had to wait 30-60 minutes to be called back but we’ve been very happy with the care provided by Dr. Landefeld. We always see him and appreciate that he takes time to answer all of our questions and to examine our son. I do agree with other reviewers that scheduling is a major problem so that is why I give PPC 4 stars.

The doctors are good but the wait time is always off. If u dont mind wait 30+ min after your appointment time every visit the service is not that bad. They need to revamp how they schedule their work load.

Awful, awful, awful! Where do I start? Maybe it’s the hour you spend in the waiting room to be called (even when you have an appointment months in advance) or the following hour you spend in the actual room waiting for the doctor who seems to ALWAYS be behind regardless of who you see. Or the fact that they rush (in and out) 5-10 minutes. My son had a hernia and he did not even mention it i had to ask why the big bump on his stomach was. Also, i had my son and was told the first 30 days he was covered under MY insurance until he is added himself (needed to wait for social security card to be mailed) and i received a phone call day before my next visit saying i owed over $600 from his two day checkup. I explained that i was told he’d be covered and she’s like oh yeah we send you the bill and you send it in to your insurance for reimbursement. I said what?!? Than I’d like to cancel my two week checkup and she said let me see what i can do and it magically figured itself out. Went for his two month shots (another unacceptable wait) and on my way out i scheduled his 4 month check up, which was today... sure enough i receive a phone last night (NIGHT before his appt. @ 5:30 pm when insurance companies are closed) telling me his LAST visit is over $1000. I calmly explained that he’s covered thru insurance and after she took my social sercurity number and looked things up she’s like ok so he is covered but we need you to call his health insurance and do A B & C and get a confirmation number by TOMORRoW morning before his appt. then we’ll run things and see if you owe anything. I canceled my appointment and am on the hunt for a new doctor!! They are a MESS

I have been going here for 13 years. The last 2 years HAS BEEN AWFUL. often go hour past appointment times, still to leave you alone in the room another 30 minutes before Dr shows up. Many of the Dr.s are rude. They go out of their way to have you sign yes or no to consent vision and fluoride but then perform and charge me for vision test and apply fluoride even when I SIGNED saying NO. Billing me for things that I was not told costs extra like $107 to remove earwax so they could look into my childs ears! No one said this was an extra charge, we didn't ask them to do it, they refuse to refund it. BAD shady practices. I know MANY people who have horror stories here who have stopped going. I have been going here again for near 13 years obviously I had a level of trust in the office but can honestly say it is a very bad place to go the last 2 years. We will NEVER go back ever again. Shame on you PPC. Shady business and no respect to the clients. Many bad memories I could share.
