Feedback:

I have NEVER in my life received SUCH bad service. One attendant ignored me completely, another decided to end his shift in the middle of my transaction because his hours were done - and the final person seemed like he was purposefully taking his time despite the fact that there was a line of about 20 people behind me. I've never seen someone put tape on a box in such a slow manner, it was reminiscent of the Sloth at the DMV in Zootopia.I was the first person in line when I arrived, and yet for some reason I was there for OVER AN HOUR. During my hour, only dirty looks from the staff and no smiles. I never want to go back there and hope I never have to. I'd rather pay more and drive over to FedEx down the street. At least at FedEx I feel like a valued human being.
