Really awful experience. We hired them to host our work email and the guy came in on a Friday afternoon. He said it would take a few hours for the transition to his server. By Sunday afternoon it still wasn't working so I texted him and he said that he would change some settings and the problem would be resolved shortly. On Monday morning we still didn't have our work email so I texted the guy then spoke with him briefly. He said that we really should have told him over the weekend. (Um, Sunday is the weekend.) The next interaction was a text message saying "Because you are unhappy with the transition, we have transferred your email back to its original location." This left us in a bind without work email but that was exactly his point. He'll show us! When I called the guy back he said that he was not going to take "abuse" and that "no one hangs up on him." (Huh?? No one had hung up on him.) S*** happens. Maybe there was a good reason he couldn't do what he said he was going to do. But pointing out that what was supposed to happen had not in fact happened and that he was notified over the weekend isn't abuse. The problem was not our reaction. The problem was his inability to perform. One gets the impression that this is a guy who is not going to be wrong, ever. Beware.
