I literally just walked out after waiting 55 minutes for an interview with Kiela. After waiting 45 minutes I went to the restroom and when I come back, the receptionist tells me to go ahead and leave because she already had my information! Excuse me? No sign of the "professional" person that actually invited me to come to the interview in the first place So when I walk back in to ask the receptionist why couldn't the person come out and speak with me themselves,the girl decides to jump up and say I can already tell you that you won't be hired based on your attitude. It was actually pretty funny because she looked stupid after finally coming out while I sat there patiently waiting an hour of my day. I guess she thought that was supposed to bother me. No what bothered me was your complete and TOTAL disregard of MY time. Keep the job Kiela because I'm sure it won't run smoothly if people like you are doing the hiring..the arrogance she had was comical when she was in the wrong. I actually sat there and listened to a call where they were basically told to get their ish together ...waste time and interview at this place if you want but the hiring manager is trash and uneducated as to how to interact like a professional...and they're clothing there said it all.. Don't even know why I waited

What is easy to go in was a little hard to find was a little misleading by their building was according to GPS , was able to find it was able to pick up my product without any trouble employees were nice and knowledgeable

A very unprofessional company with qualifiers who can't even understand the words on the scripts their reading. Don't let them waste your time asking the same questions you already qualified for. If you answer the exact same way as you did in the online part then why would you have to qualify again if they already know your demographics. They do all this again and then come back and tell you you're not qualified. That's because you finished the survey for them already. They are ripping their clients off as well as wasting your time. They are just trying to get participants to do a quick phone study so they can get paid but not pay you. This branch is a complete let down for the other Plaza Research companies. A lack of class runs rapid from these team leaders.

Did a 2 Hour study for them 3 weeks ago and we were promised a $150 Luckys gift card. We were given a gift card that had a $0 balance on it! Luckily I got another person in the study’s contact information so I could find out if his also had a $0 balance and he did. We were told that Luckys would leave a replacement gift card at the store with a manager but then they called us back a week later to say they would mail it to us and here we are 2 weeks later and nothing has been mailed. The other person in the study said he called and they claimed that Luckys would be emailing us which was never communicated to us and that he is the only one who has called to say he didn’t get it! Not true! So today I called at 6:45pm, 6:50pm, and 7pm and no one is answering even though their hours are until 9pm! Not sure what is going on but my time is NOT free. I hate that I have to write a bad review for them but I have not had this issue with any other research company.

This is a legit business. I had the opportunity to work with them a couple times and I enjoyed the market discussions.

I am a client. This is a lackluster facility. Their recruit was poor with unqualified recruits showing for research and very limited options. The facility itself is old and needs significant capital investment to play at level of the Schlesingers of the world. Recommend ordering out for any food or coffee needs. Stained antiquated and shabby furniture.
