Client Review on Portsmouth Sign Company

Horrible customer service overall. On 8/2/17, I inquired about a boat lettering design on with specs (design, colors, dimensions). I provided this to several competing companies. Other companies quoted the job, and I went with the lowest bidder, Portsmouth Sign Co. I then learned over the next 2 weeks that the level of attention was virtually non-existent. The designer seemed incompetent with what is basic cursive lettering. Days went by with no email responses, not even a quick "I'm swamped, I'll get to it," and I never received phone calls back that I requested. Beware of low verbal bids (it was not even that much lower) because the quote ended up being significantly more and the service was horrible. I addressed my displeasure with the representative and to date have still not received a response, an apology, and/or an attempt to make this right.
