Shameful customer service not even worthy of that name. This company does not care for people at all. They just want to take your money for a terrible service.Funny how you come here months after and reply to my review as if you even cared. I wasted hours calling you guys for almost two months and you had me going around in circles. Never got the refund I was owed, never got a phone call back. Maybe now you’re trying, but it’s wayyyyy too late for me at least.

Worst service provider ever! I moved into a new property over 2 months ago and called prepay power on the moving day with all the necessary details to get the electricity account changed into my name. I was told this was done. However a few weeks ago as I was toping up the meter, (I topped up for 50 euros), I saw that only 37 euros appeared on the meter. I called the customer service straightaway to find out that the account was never changed to my name, it was still in the name of the previous tenant who owed them money and they have a recoup on the account, meaning that every time I top up, 12 euros of MY topup is going towards paying someone else's debt. I was told by the customer agent that this would be promptly fixed, I emailed a copy of my lease agreement as requested etc. Fast forward to weeks later now, I still have not heard a single word from them, I just topped up again and the recoup issue is still not fixed. This is unacceptable. Everytime I call them, I get bounced from one agent to another, and get assured that it will all be fixed but still no action. How can a company be so disrespectful towards their customers!

Recently moved into a home where this service was already in place. Service was fine until I tried to move to an alternate provider. Was advised on 01-07-2019 that discconect code would be sent via SMS (never recieved, requested again a week later and eventually recieved via email. Requested equipment removal on 08-07-2019 (Still waiting on a date 9 weeks later!). Requested refund on 08-07-2019 (after much back and forth was eventually advised on 21-08-2019 that this would be posted within 7 days. Two weeks later and still no sign)....anecdotal evidence suggests the company's questionable disconnect/refund/removal process is designed to dissuade customers from leaving at all and God forbid requesting a refund and equipment removal.

Trying to change to a different provider and I rang them 6 times each time on for 15 mins. Different excuse every time . Promised to to ring me back twice Which never happened . Then they finally said they would send code to disable service they told me I would get code in next few mins. Ring them back again and they tell me that they just sent off the code and it could take 24 or more. I will never deal with them again

Spoke with Darren today very helpful and understanding. With these guys a few years and to be honest I put 20 into my esb a week and I've a house of 6 to adults 4 kids, fridge freezer and a box freezer. Kettle 24,7 two TVs playstation sky box list is endless and yet still cost me 20 in winter when I have to use my dryer it will be 30. Cant complain with that to be honest. Was with other companies and I was spending over 40 quid a week on esb also have them for gas and have to say 10 in summer just to keep it topped up and 20 in winter. Cannot recommend this company enough they r nothing but honest in my experience anyways. Thanks for ur service.

Over charge, hidden costs, way more expensive than anywhere else. Got out of contract early because of this (you can too btw, they will tell you you can't, but you can). I asked for my meter to be removed, they said I never asked for it to be removed, and now the wait time is 3+months 'due to extraordinary circumstances'. My guess is all their engineers left for some strange reason. Booo
