Feedback:

My laptop's power button stopped working so I went to Pro Computer to fix it. They charged me upfront $149.95 After a week I got a call that the laptop is fixed and I need to pay additional $32 for the part. When I came, the power button was working but they damaged the rubber bumpers that are on the keyboard to protect the screen when you close the laptop. One was totally torn out and one was broken (I do not understand why they even removed them in first place). The lady excuse was that "the people who fix the computers are boys and they do not pay attention" (excuse me ?!?!?!) She offered me $10 discount because for her: the damage was a small issue, I was picky and she was annoyed that I was complaining. I did not agree with her and asked to fix it. When I came back, a few days later, I saw small unevenly cut pieces of rubber or silicon attached, they did not care of installing anything even close to the original pieces (and their statement is: "we do NOT take shortcuts", yeah...sure) The lady in the store said that they opened the laptop and put the rubber parts from underneath so they will not go out. An hour later one of them felt off. They glued pieces of rubber on top to cover the holes. That's it. They were not underneath. So if you don't care of your computers you may take it there. I called Asus and they said I can send the laptop to them and they will install the missing parts but the service with shipping would cost me over $200 and I would be without the laptop for about another 2 weeks or so , depends how busy they are.I was really surprised with Pro Computer's customer service. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they take shortcuts and really do not care of you.

Beware! Worst tech service imaginable. Five months waiting for justice, 5 min in court to affirm their responsibility but still waiting for $$. They broke my hardware and wouldn't answer inquiries to fix.

I took my computer here and Jennifer was super friendly and took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. They fixed my laptop and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!!

After being told our computer screen could be fixed and paying the down payment, we get the call that it cannot be repaired and that only a portion would be refunded. You should stand by your word and if you can't do what you claim then refund money. Our family has purchased computers here before but never again. Beware when getting repairs and paying money upfront..

I am pretty handy with computers and hate having to go to get a computer repaired. I found myself in a tough situation that I was unable to resolve on my own and took my beloved laptop to Pro Computer. Not only did Sheldon get me back in order, but he was able to get me back and going within an hour and totally alleviating the pressure of needing my computer working immediately. Extremely knowledgeable as well as very fast and friendly service. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!
