Very unprofessional!!!They are extremely rude. They do not listen to your childs problems at hand, instead they judge you as a parent saying there is something going on in my household for my child to be doing the things he's doing. They will CALL CPS ON YOU for seeking help for your child. They have ruined my life and my kids lives.Never let your child see the therapist alone either ! Trust me in this !THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFEI DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE.If you know you child needs help THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

I'll give two stars just because I haven't had an opportunity to use their services yet (if at all).I attempted to call at aprox. 5:30-6:00pm so well before close, and was greeted with an automated message that both was difficult to hear and did not provide any option or direction to set up an appointment.After googling the website I was able to locate the extension they use for intake. Why this was not put into their automated message is beyond me and frankly is a major turn off and comes off as unprofessional and unorganized.But it doesn't end there! Upon putting in the extension I was then greeted with ANOTHER automated message saying to leave my name, phone number, and the type of insurance I had and that they would get back to me in two business days.This feels like an unacceptable way to go about taking patients, especially when every single other center has real people on the other end to try and help direct you even if it turns out they are unable to take you as a client. Then at least you don't have to wait wondering if you'll actually get a call back or not.

When I first started going her it was nice ... until I got a bill.. even though I payed up front they made me pay it again. Not happy with the customer service when I was trying to find out why I had a bill of $115 the lady on the phone was not so nice and yelling at me she did not even explain why I had the bill she said she would call me back and never bid ..i had to call back 6 time in the last 3 months to find out what happened. will never go here again

The psychiatrist I saw was rude and he constantly lectured me for my weight. He wouldn't listen to anything I said and made assumptions about me that were false. God forbid the medicines not be the right ones.Do yourself a favor and choose a different counseling center. This one is unprofessional.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. One councilor asked me why I don’t just “deck” my 13 year old autistic sister. And another councilor LIED about me refusing to sign medical documents and banned me from seeing the psychiatrist over this lie. I would NEVER refer someone to go here. They will do nothing but lie and avoid you!
